You will receive an email notifying you that your order is complete and ready for pickup via the email used to pay via paypal. If you supply a phone number during checkout we will call and notify you. Most orders take anywhere from 5-10 business days depending on when we order the blanks and whether or not a specific garment is on backorder. Most garments we can use a replacement brand when an item is out of stock but other items are too unique and require us to use the exact garment. You probably have heard us at the shop speak of a "Print Ready File" or if you've spoken with our designer Kyle then you're almost guaranteed to hear the term "Vector" file. These two terms are the same and they are referring to the type of file you are providing us. A ".JPEG, .TIFF, .GIF, .PNG" are the most common files we receive and they are not vector. A ".EPS, .AI, .PDF" file is correct and will be vector. On top of that, depending on how the original artwork was created our designer might still have work to do on it to make it "Print Ready". Reference the image below for an exmplanation as to why we must have Vector artwork for it to be considered "Print Ready".
